Fisher desk by Michiel Vrenegoor

The Fisher Desk by this year’s Heal’s Discovers designer Michiel Vrenegoor, brings a refreshingly minimalist approach to the home office. Discovered by the in-house experts at last year’s Young Furniture Makers Exhibition, Michiel was the winner of the Chippendale International School of Furniture Best Design Award 2024.

Fisher’s distinctive solid oak A-frame crafts a lightweight, architectural silhouette, with the expansive desktop finished in a practical veneer, offering ample working space. Ergonomically designed, the shelf is ideally positioned to accommodate a monitor, and the full-width drawer can easily hide laptops, stationery and working documents.

Perfect for contemporary workspaces, the Fisher desk expertly combines form and function with clean lines and natural materials. The new Helsinki lamp sits atop the piece and is available in both a black and chrome finish.
